X9 Scooters LLC maintains a strict all sales final policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from X9 Scooters LLC, including purchases made online, in-store, or through special order, are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Electric scooters

  • Electric bicycles

  • Batteries and electrical components

  • Parts and accessories

  • Apparel and merchandise

  • Custom orders

  • Drop-shipped products

No Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Compatibility issues

  • Improper use or installation

  • Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer Warranties

X9 Scooters LLC does not offer in-house warranties.

However, Any warranty coverage or return accepted by the manufacturer is provided solely by the product manufacturer. Customers are responsible for submitting warranty claims directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their policies, which we can help with.

X9 Scooters LLC is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Shipping damage

  • Electrical failures

  • Battery issues

  • Warranty approvals or denials

  • Replacement timelines

We may offer general guidance as a courtesy, but we do not control manufacturer decisions. We are willing to work with you and the manufacturer to the best of our abilities to ensure the issue can be resolved. Warranty work, if approved, is performed only with prior authorization and written consent from the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Products

X9 Scooters LLC is not liable for damage or defects caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or third-party suppliers. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
