Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed off to one of our trusted shipping partners.
You’ll receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders such as E-Scooters and E-Bikes, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
X9 Scooters is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund and/or working with the manufacturer on obtaining a replacement with proper documentation.
